What people ask us before booking

How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you know the date, although we do take same-day requests at any hour. Weddings, proms and group travel want two to four weeks so we can hold the vehicle you actually want.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send us the flight number when you book and we follow it from there. If the airline changes the arrival time, your pickup moves with it and nothing extra is charged. The car is not sent out until the plane is on the ground.
Do you charge surge pricing?
No. The rate is set by route or by hourly block and confirmed with you before anything is booked. Tolls, taxes and standard gratuity are itemized on that quote, so the number you see at the start is the final one.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and nothing is charged. Inside that window the base fare applies, and an airport trip cancelled after the plane has landed is billed in full.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
They are. Every driver holds a commercial license, is covered by our insurance and has passed a background check. The vehicles are commercially registered and inspected on a set schedule.
Can you handle large groups?
Our Sprinters and party buses take up to 40 passengers. When a group splits between hotels or terminals, one dispatcher handles the vehicle assignments and the luggage so nothing gets left behind.
